Countdown to BottleRock 2018

Chef Ayesha Curry and rapper E-40 interact with the crowd on the Culinary Stage during BottleRock in 2017

We’re days away from Napa Valley’s sold-out BottleRock festival, where live music meets regional cuisine, wine, brews, and spirits for an epic three-day weekend bash. We hope you’ve enjoyed our go-to guides for this year’s must-see performances, culinary creations, and libations. But we’ve saved the best bash for last - a BottleRock experience where celebrities and food combine for what can best be described by Sonoma Magazine as “oddly fascinating and eminently watchable” cooking demonstrations.

The Williams Sonoma Culinary Stage has been a lead attraction at BottleRock for the last three years, and celebrity chefs, television, sports, and movie stars are gearing up to take this year’s stage. The quirky cooking demos will once again be emceed by two-time Emmy award winner and radio and TV personality, Liam Mayclem. Mayclem’s animated repartee with celebrities is a show in-itself. He previously held his own on stage with brusque celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay, made sushi with Snoop Dogg, and hung out with lifestyle extraordinaire Martha Stewart and the Bay Area’s beloved Steph Curry of the Golden State Warriors.

Culinary stars Trisha Yearwood, Giada de Laurentiis, Masaharu Morimoto, and Tiffani Thiessen are guaranteed to draw in crowds this weekend. Musicians Halsey and Snoop Dogg are also expected to take the stage for celebrity chef collaborations. For celebrities you can only catch on the Culinary Stage, Olympic gold medalist Shaun White, baseball greats Ken Griffey Jr. and Barry Bonds, and actor and comedian George Lopez are all scheduled to collaborate with celebrity chefs throughout the festival weekend.
